Share Secured Loans & Lines of Credit

Share-Secured Loans or Lines of Credit allow you to borrow money against your Share or Certificate Savings account. Our Share-Secured Loans or Line of Credit provide a good option for borrowers with limited credit history. For the term of the loan, share savings that secure the loan must remain on deposit and cannot exceed the outstanding balance.  For loans secured by a certificate the loan term can last up to the certificate's maturity date. You can borrow up to 100% of the available balance of the share you use to secure this loan.  These loans offer a low-interest rate and flexible terms up to 60 months. 

Share-Secured Loans or Lines of Credit are perfect ways to build credit history while ensuring investment security. Loan account information is accessed through Online Banking.
