He has been involved in the Memphis real estate market in numerous investment brokerage, management and developments that include apartments, land, office, industrial and commercial mortgage banking and downtown redevelopment for over 40 years. His background in the real estate brokerage, finance, management and real property development is deep in practical knowledge, application and education. He is national speaker and instructor, has testified before the US Congress on various housing, banking and affordable housing issues. He has also qualified and provided expert witness testimony in State and Federal Courts the acquisition, operation, disposition and valuation of real estate assets.
