Jane Pannier is President and CEO for the REALTORS® Federal Credit Union. She originally joined the credit union as General Counsel, but was named CEO in August, 2010. Prior to joining the credit union, Ms. Pannier was a partner in The Rochdale Group, a full service consulting firm for credit unions where she specialized in the areas of lending and regulatory compliance. Ms. Pannier previously served as Senior Compliance Counsel for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) and Director of their Regulatory Compliance Department. In addition to her expertise in the legal and regulatory fields, Ms. Pannier has 14 years of credit union operational experience having previously served as a credit union CEO, Credit Manager, Director of Research and Development, and Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Pannier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Towson University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. Ms. Pannier is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the American Bar Association and has served on the faculty of the Credit Union National Association CUNA) Regulatory Compliance School, the NAFCU Compliance School and the Credit Union Executive Society School of Business Lending.
