Small Business Loans

There is a $250 application fee to apply for a Small Business Loan. Please fill out the Small Business Loan Application to get started. Approval will be given within 48 hours from receipt of all requested documentation (completed loan application, 3 years of tax returns and 3 years of financial statements).

• Designed to be used by REALTORS FCU business members to meet small borrowing needs.
  
• Maximum loan amount is $50,000.
• Maximum repayment term is 15 years.
• Approval within 48 hours from receipt of all requested documentation (completed loan application, 3 years of tax returns and 3 years of financial statements).
  
• Application fee of $250 must be paid at time of application.
• If the borrower is a not-for-profit association, then no personal guarantee is required. For all other business types, personal guarantee is required of the majority owner(s).
