SentriLock Loans

REALTORS® Federal Credit Union is now offering loans for your lockbox needs. We have partnered with Sentrilock and are offering two different financing options to meet your needs:

Our first option is a line of credit that offers you the flexibility to make advances whenever you need to purchase additional inventory. The second option is a term loan with a fixed interest rate and term. Look under the "Details" tab for more information.

Your business must be a member of REALTORS® Federal Credit Union to apply. Our business loans are made in partnership with MidAtlantic Financial Partners, a credit union company that processes and services your REALTORS® FCU Member Business loans. Fill out the Member Business Loan Application to get started.

Line of Credit

Low Variable Rate: Prime plus .5% - 1.0% (subject to change on a quarterly basis) with a floor of 4.99%
Maximum Loan to Value (LTV) of 75%
1% origination fee (plus $750 - $1500 processing fee and other closing cost) and 1% annual review fee
No prepayment penalty No guarantee needed if the loan is made to a non-profit association
The credit line is secured by a blanket lien on the lockboxes you purchase during the term of the credit line

Closed-end Loan

Fixed interest rate of 5.25% to 7.25% for the term of the loan
1% Origination Fee (plus $750 - $1500 processing fee and other closing cost)
Max Loan to Value Ratio (LTV)of 80%
No annual review fee
No prepayment penalty
No guarantee needed if the loan is made to a non-profit association
The loan is secured by a lien on the lockboxes being purchased
